5
00:00:15,210 --> 00:00:26,789
store you know I performed at the Apollo

6
00:00:26,789 --> 00:00:28,740
in New York City twice I've auditioned

7
00:00:28,740 --> 00:00:31,470
for every TV show you can think of I've

8
00:00:31,470 --> 00:00:34,160
done American Idol Star Search The Voice

9
00:00:34,160 --> 00:00:36,390
sometimes I would get discouraged on how

10
00:00:36,390 --> 00:00:39,149
many failures we record you know but I'm

11
00:00:39,149 --> 00:00:41,399
getting to the age to where you know I'm

12
00:00:41,399 --> 00:00:43,200
enjoying the ride what I love about

13
00:00:43,200 --> 00:00:46,559
performing is when I'm on stage I'm

14
00:00:46,559 --> 00:00:49,440
finally able to release this energy

15
00:00:49,440 --> 00:00:51,930
that's been building up this contest in

16
00:00:51,930 --> 00:00:54,989
Walmart has given me an outlet to marry

17
00:00:54,989 --> 00:00:57,840
the two together my job and my personal

18
00:00:57,840 --> 00:00:59,850
interest my children are my motivation

19
00:00:59,850 --> 00:01:02,520
all across the board whether it's I want

20
00:01:02,520 --> 00:01:04,589
to move up within Walmart if I want to

21
00:01:04,589 --> 00:01:06,390
sing more if I want to be a better

22
00:01:06,390 --> 00:01:09,800
drummer you know

23
00:01:09,810 --> 00:01:18,470
[Music]

24
00:01:18,480 --> 00:01:20,430
me and my kids have been through it all

25
00:01:20,430 --> 00:01:22,770
you know and we've been through it all

26
00:01:22,770 --> 00:01:25,050
together at the end of the day this is

27
00:01:25,050 --> 00:01:27,030
what I this is who I do it for I do it

28
00:01:27,030 --> 00:01:29,010
for my children as a single father

29
00:01:29,010 --> 00:01:31,500
that's definitely something that I have

30
00:01:31,500 --> 00:01:33,720
to make sure it's first and foremost

31
00:01:33,720 --> 00:01:35,880
we've all run into different little

32
00:01:35,880 --> 00:01:38,430
obstacles but I believe that the

33
00:01:38,430 --> 00:01:41,700
obstacles I've been faced with has made

34
00:01:41,700 --> 00:01:44,430
me more of a fighter my name is William

35
00:01:44,430 --> 00:01:46,260
and I work at Walmart in Jackson

36
00:01:46,260 --> 00:01:47,840
